...Predictome is a database of predicted functional associations among genes and proteins in many different organisms. Associations, or gene links, are created using a variety of techniques, both experimental (yeast two-hybrid, immuno-coprecipitation, correlated expression) and computational (gene fusion, chromosomal proximity, gene co-evolution). The Predictome database is still online, but the web interface previously found here has been replaced by the VisANT Project, a web-based data exploration tool with a MUCH better feature set.
